1. Toxic Environment

We aren’t talking about toxic waste here, but instead poor work culture, constant ridicule, or consistently uncomfortable situations just to name a few indicators.

2. You’re Bringing Home Negativity

Is the toxic environment at work seeping its way into your personal time? We all bring work tension home occasionally. But if you are unable to escape the stress or are emotionally unavailable to family and friends, it might be time to move on.

3. You’re too Comfortable

Are you feeling challenged or stretched, or are you getting bored? It may be time to look for a job that will challenge you in new ways.

4. “It’s Just a Job”

The four words that make the difference between a career and the grind. If you say this regularly, it may be time to explore a job change that will allow you to have more fulfilling work.
